Do Misfits bars taste like candy bars?
Misfits bars are designed to taste like indulgent chocolate candy bars with multiple layers such as protein crispies and gooey caramel!
All while delivering high protein and less than 1g of sugar, making them a great alternative to traditional candy bars!
Are Misfits bars healthy?
Misfits protein bars are a healthier alternative to traditional candy bars. They contain between 14-15g of plant-based protein, less than 1g of sugar, and are made with non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients.
How much protein is in a Misfits bar?
Each Misfits bar contains between 14-15 grams of plant-based protein, making it a convenient, high-protein snack.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. Packed with plant-based goodness!
Note – some of our products may be produced in facilities that also handle milk and eggs so please do check allergen information on the individual product page before purchase if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, our bars are gluten free (<20ppm per the legal requirement). Some of our bars are certified gluten free and we're working to have this certification across the full range of flavors for extra reassurance.
Are your products dairy-free?
All of our recipes are vegan, however some of our manufacturing facilities do handle dairy which means there may be a risk of cross contamination. This means they are not suitable for those with a milk protein allergy.

Are your products Kosher?
All of our plant-based bars are suitable for a Kosher diet. Some of our bars are certified Kosher under Chief rabbi Kotel Da-Don. If certified, the relevant logo will appear on the packaging. If you require further information or guidance please reach out at info@eatmisfits.com and our team will be happy to help.
Are your products Halal?
Our products are not currently certified as Halal, however our products are plant-based and suitable for those following a Halal or alcohol-free diet.
Are your bars safe to consume when pregnant or breastfeeding?
As pregnancy can be different for everyone, we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare practitioner on whether a product is suitable for you while pregnant or breastfeeding. They will be able to advise based on your individual needs taking into account any medical history, conditions or circumstances unique to you.
Can I buy individual bars to try?
Unfortunately, due to logistics constraints we can’t send out single bars from our warehouse. If you’re looking to purchase individual bars you can find them in your local store using our store locator.
We also offer a 5-bar sampler pack - perfect to find your favorite flavor!
Delivery & Orders
What are my delivery options?
Delivery times stated below are indicative of our service experience with our partners. In some cases, you may experience slightly longer delivery times (for example, at peak trading periods in the year or dependent on your location).
Currently we offer:
- Express Delivery (2-3 business days)
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)
- You may be able to qualify for free US delivery if your cart is valued at $50 or higher. Alaska, Hawaii are excluded.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to track it via email. Please allow for 2-3 days from placing your order to receive your tracking link. If after this time you still haven't received an email then contact our customer service team.
I'm still waiting for my order...
Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If you have not received your order after the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the situation.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery the courier will deliver your order on the next working day. Please check your tracking number for status updates.
I've received a damaged item, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged item, please send us your order information and clear images of the item to info@eatmisfits.com Please don’t send your damaged item back to us until you have been in touch with us.
I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
It is very unusual for our warehouse to pick the wrong item when packing your order. If you have received the wrong item please send us a image of what you have received to info@eatmisfits.com and we will resolve this for you.
Where is my confirmation email?
Your order confirmation email should arrive soon after you placed your order, but please allow up to an hour. It may have been sent to your junk mail if it is not in your inbox.
Can I amend my order after I've placed it?
Our team work round the clock to get your orders picked, packed and sent out to you ASAP, so it can be very difficult to make changes once an order has been processed. drop us an email at info@eatmisfits.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll help if we possibly can.
How can I cancel my order?
Sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order with us. We work very quickly to get orders dispatched and can't always cancel them in time. Send us an email to info@eatmisfits.com and we'll see what we can do. If you still no longer wish to keep your items once they have arrived, you can return the items. You can read our returns policy here.
Returns and Refunds
What is your Returns Policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, We would be happy to exchange the flavor once your order has been returned in perfect condition. Once we have received your returns we will be in contact to fulfill your request.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
You will receive a confirmation email once your returns has been processed, please allow 3 working days to receive your refund.
Payments & Promotions
How do I use a promotion code?
To redeem a Promotion add the code to the Gift card / discount code box on your Shopping Bag at checkout and click Apply
Why is my discount code not working?
The most likely reason for your promo code to not be working on your order will be that the items in your basket are not eligible for discount, for example if they are bundle items or if the multi-buy discount is already applied. If you have any other questions please reach out to our customer service team!
I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately we aren't able to apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.
